If you're a homesick Palestinian, a hot sauce aficionado, or simply someone who likes trying new things – then Gazan-style shatta may just be your new kitchen staple.

A medium-spicy blend of red chilli peppers, olive oil, garlic, and salt, shatta is a quintessential ingredient in Gazan cuisine and is also popular throughout West Asia.

Traditionally served with eggs or falafel, it can add kick to pretty much any food – from burgers and nachos to hummus and shawarma.

We import Hebron ceramics, Nablus soap, extra virgin olive oil, traditional embroidery, and other Palestinian products.
