Refund policy
Food and Other Perishable Items
Unfortunately, we aren't able to accept returns for food, drink, or other perishable items such as soap.
If you aren't satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know – we'll make it right.
Everything Else
We have a 30-day change-of-mind return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase.
To arrange a return, drop us a line at contact@bayyara.co.nz.
If your return is approved, we'll email you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return won't be accepted.
There's no restocking fee, but we do ask you to arrange and pay for return shipping to our address in the Kāpiti Coast, Wellington. We'll refund your entire order value, including the original shipping fee.
Gifts With Purchase
If your order includes a bonus gift that isn't returnable, we'll subtract the price of this item from your refund. For example, if you qualify for free olive oil with your purchase, the olive oil can't be returned and will therefore need to be deducted from the total refund.
Don't worry though – this only applies to gifts that you're aware of during checkout. We won't make you pay for freebies that we throw in as a surprise!
Warranty Issues & Shipping Damage
If your order is damaged or defective when it reaches you, let us know ASAP by emailing contact@bayyara.co.nz with a photo of the issue. We'll provide a full refund or replacement.
Exchanges
If you'd like to arrange an exchange, the easiest method is to return your existing item and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We'll let you know when we've received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
