In the ancient hillside groves around Nablus, ripe green olives are hand-sorted, cleaned, inspected, and then pressed in small batches. The unique soil and climate, combined with the age of the trees and the expertise of the farmers, create an intense flavour totally distinct from run-of-the-mill olive oils.

Bayyāra was created in 2024 by Noor, a Palestinian from Gaza, and her husband Matt (from NZ).

We import Hebron ceramics, Nablus soap, extra virgin olive oil, traditional embroidery, and other Palestinian products.

Every purchase directly supports farmers & artisans in Palestine, and helps to preserve their cultural heritage.
