In the ancient hillside groves around Nablus, ripe green olives are hand-sorted, cleaned, inspected, and then pressed in small batches. The unique soil and climate, combined with the age of the trees and the expertise of the farmers, create an intense flavour totally distinct from run-of-the-mill olive oils.

Al'ard is a third-generation family-run company, passionate about making premium artisanal Palestinian food.

Al'ard's purpose is to help Palestinian farmers secure fair market prices for olive oil and other products. It gives these farmers access to state-of-the-art facilities, allowing them to reach global markets.

Bayyāra was created in 2024 by Noor, a Palestinian from Gaza, and her husband Matt (from NZ).

We import Hebron ceramics, Nablus soap, extra virgin olive oil, traditional embroidery, and other Palestinian products.

Every purchase directly supports farmers & artisans in Palestine, and helps to preserve their cultural heritage.

Nearly Finished our 750ml Bottle in a Month!

So delicious, my wife (Palestinian) had always told me how good the olive oil was, but this (the organic one) really is next-level.

Fruity aroma, with full body and grippy, lightly bitter finish.

So special we have only been using it for dipping, on labneh and with zaatar, yet we have already nearly polished it off! Pre-ordering more now.
