In the ancient hillside groves around Nablus, ripe green olives are hand-sorted, cleaned, inspected, and then pressed in small batches. The unique soil and climate, combined with the age of the trees and the expertise of the farmers, create an intense flavour totally distinct from run-of-the-mill olive oils.

In a world brimming with mass-produced and disposable serveware, these ceramic vessels hearken back to an earlier age – when even mundane items were routinely fashioned into something beautiful and timeless.
Each piece is hand-painted at the workshop in Hebron, or – in the case of the exquisitely rendered "olive branch" motif – by a dedicated team of female Palestinian artists working from their own homes.
