Expertly fashioned from olive tree prunings in Bethlehem, Palestine, the Handcarved Serving Board is a beautiful way to showcase cheeses, crackers, Palestinian table olives, and other mezze dishes.

Olive wood is prized by woodworkers for its density, hardness, and exquisite natural grain. Palestine has some of the world's oldest olive trees, with a variety known as Rumi believed to date from Roman times. Prunings from these ancient trees tend to be more twisted and gnarled than those of younger trees, lending a timeless, artisanal quality to our carvings.
