In the ancient hillside groves around Nablus, ripe green olives are hand-sorted, cleaned, inspected, and then pressed in small batches. The unique soil and climate, combined with the age of the trees and the expertise of the farmers, create an intense flavour totally distinct from run-of-the-mill olive oils.

We absolutely love this olive oil! Yes it's expensive but was well worth it! Nicely packaged with a lot of care! Shukran for all the extra effort and the cute little stickers!

Nearly Finished our 750ml Bottle in a Month!

So delicious, my wife (Palestinian) had always told me how good the olive oil was, but this (the organic one) really is next-level.

Fruity aroma, with full body and grippy, lightly bitter finish.

So special we have only been using it for dipping, on labneh and with zaatar, yet we have already nearly polished it off! Pre-ordering more now.

This is lovely olive oil, quite different than that of New Zealand. Very nice in salads.
